Keep a simple practice record

Use one folder or notebook for each exercise. Record the date, lesson, goal and the question you want to ask. Keep the original attempt alongside the repeat so you can see what changed.

  1. Write one aim before starting.
  2. Save an unfiltered photograph of the completed exercise.
  3. Record your tutor’s feedback accurately.
  4. Repeat the exercise with one deliberate adjustment.
